How long will my order take?

All orders placed before 1 pm (PST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, or the next business day if there is a Holiday.

Do you add prescriptions to glasses?

At this time we do not offer prescription services. Please see the Optometry partners we work with who could provide eye exams and add prescription to lenses. For those out of the San Francisco Bay Area, any of our glasses could have prescriptions added at your local optometrist office.

What is the status of my order?

Once an order is placed, we will send an email with the order summary along with the tracking information.

What does my order come with?

Each eyewear order comes in a Revelly box with a beautiful hard-shell origami case and microfiber cloth.

What kind of lenses do you use?

Frames that are intended for adding prescriptions come with the factory standard plastic without prescriptions. You will need to visit your local optometry practice to add the prescription lenses.  

Sun frames come with polarized or Revo lenses with UV coatings.

What if my frames don’t feel right?

If your new frames don’t fit perfectly, bring them to one of our optometry partners, where our expert, talented partners will be happy to adjust your frames until they fit perfectly. You can also bring your frames to your own optician for assistance.

What forms of payment do you take?

We can accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and FSA cards.

Shipping

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is on us, if you live within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is $30.00.

When will my order be shipped?

We work very hard to get your order shipped as soon as we receive it. All orders placed before 1 pm (PST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, or the next business day if there is a Holiday.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all of our orders via USPS. When your frames ship you will receive a summary email including the tracking number.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes. We ship to Hawaii and Alaska. There is no additional charge for shipping to these states.

What should I do if I need a return shipping label?

Domestic Orders: We are very sorry that the purchase did not work out. Simply use the included return mailing label. Return shipping is on us! 

International Orders: We currently do not accept returns for international orders.

About Revelly Frames

What are your frames made of?
Our frames are made of premium cellulose acetate.

Does Revelly make sunglasses?
Absolutely. We make both prescription and non-prescription eyewear frames, using the highest quality UVA/UVB protective lenses on the market. Polarized and Revo lenses are also available in some styles.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We are always available to troubleshoot any issues you might be experiencing or to help you get into a perfect pair of frames! Send us a message and let us know how we can help.

Domestic orders: If you need to return an item, you may return your unworn eyewear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange using the included return shipping label. Return shipping is on us! In order for us to process the refund, products must be returned in mint condition, with all original packaging (box, hard case, cleaning cloth, and tags). Please allow 5 business days for return shipping, and up to 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.

International orders: Unfortunately, due to complexity of international customs, we are not accepting exchanges or refunds for international orders.

Exchanges

We cannot process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the item and place a new order for a different item.

International Returns and Exchanges

Due to the complexity of international customs, we are unable to facilitate international returns or exchanges.

Insurance Information

What types of insurance do you accept?
At this time we can only accept credit cards. We are happy to provide itemized invoices, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What does your warranty cover?
We guarantee our product to the purchaser for one year from date of purchase against any defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship – excluding damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
